Definitions
This Service was developed by Yogidyllic as a free application, is provided at no cost, and is intended for use as is, with optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
Yogidyllic (“The Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) respects the privacy of our users (“Yogidyllic User”, “User”, “You”, or “Your”). Please read the content of this Privacy Policy page to learn about our policies and practices regarding the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage, and safeguarding of your Personal Information when you use our Yogidyllic mobile application (“Application”, or “Service”), which is the software program provided by us and downloaded by you on any electronic device), as well as information about your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Such practices may impact you as a Yogidyllic User, whether you are a non-registered user of our Service or a registered user with full access to our Service.
Please read carefully and familiarize yourself with our privacy policy and practices and let us know if you have any questions.
We use Your Personal Information that we collect in providing and improving the Service. We will not use or disclose your information that you consented to provide to us in your use of our Application with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
By clicking on the "sign up" button, where applicable, or otherwise by accessing or using the Service, it is deemed that You are consenting to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You can register either via our Application or via a third-party application utilizing our Services that was designed for mobile phones or other mobile devices by a third-party publisher.
Information Collected
For a better experience in the course of registering to and using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information in a variety of ways. We will collect, use, retain, transfer, and disclose such information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile or other interactive areas of the Application, as applicable, please be informed that all data you disclose in these areas may be public and your data will be accessible to anyone who may have access to the Application.
Types of Data Collected may include, but is not limited to:
1. Personal Data, such as your name and email address, that you voluntarily provide to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to the Application.
2. Non-Identifying Data, such as non-personal information, which is data in a form that does not permit direct association with you or any specific individual.
3. Financial Data, such as data related to your payment method (e.g., your credit card provider, your credit card number, its expiration date, and CVV), that we may collect when you subscribe to our Services. We store very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor, RevenueCat. You may review their Privacy Policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
4. Usage Data, such as information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device, your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), the browser type, the browser type and version, the language, the pages of our Service that you use, the time and date of your use of the Service, the time you spent on those pages, referring and exit pages, information searched for, clickstream date, unique device identifiers, geolocation, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, your native actions that are integral to the Application, and other diagnostic and statistical data, via third-party server log files, as applicable.
5. Mobile Device Data, such as your mobile device ID number, the type of mobile device you use, the manufacturer, the version of your operating system, your mobile carrier, your phone number, and any other data, as applicable. Our use of your Device ID does not enable us to identify you personally, and we do not store this information in connection with your Yogidyllic User account information. A User may participate as a non-registered Yogidyllic User through guest registration, which allows the user to use the app in a limited capacity. We do not collect any Personal Data or Non-Identifying Data, other than the Device ID, from non-registered Yogidyllic users. Yogidyllic cannot and does not ensure the preservation of application data that is associated with any non-registered user account. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, such as your mobile device’s Bluetooth.
6. Geolocation Data, such as tracking location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the Application, to provide location-based services. Unless you explicitly allow the use and sharing of information regarding your geographic location, such data will only be collected and used anonymously and does not personally identify you. Please be advised, however, that some location-based services may require such information for the feature to work as intended.
Cookies and Other Collecting and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, or pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIFs, or similar means and other tracking technologies in connection with your use of our Application to help customize the Service and improve your experience. When you access the Application, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data or files that are commonly used by and sent as anonymous unique identifiers from the sites that you visit containing the details of your browsing history among its many uses, and are stored on your device's internal memory. This Service does not use these cookies explicitly. However, the Application may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve their services. Several types of cookies exist, but the cookies utilized in connection with our Services are the ones that are used only to obtain browser-specific information. We do not use cookies to retrieve data from your hard drive, or capture your email address, or infect your device with computer viruses.
A Pixel Tag is an electronic image, and is usually a single pixel, that is not visible to users’ naked eye, and may be linked with cookies on a user’s hard drive.
Use of Your Information
Specifically, we may use information collected from you using the Application to:
1. Create and manage your account and give you access to the different functionalities of the Service that are available to you as a User of the application.
2. Generate a personal profile and accurate information about you to make your future visits to the Application more efficient and personalized.
3. Help us to develop, deliver, and improve our Services, and increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
4. Develop, comply with, undertake, fulfill, manage, and perform the purchase contract for the products, items or services you have purchased or of any other contract with us through the Service, as well as send you important notices regarding your purchases, orders, payments, refunds, and other transactions related to the Application through email, among other means.
5. Attend to, respond to, and manage product and user service requests, resolve disputes, and troubleshoot problems.
6. Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Application.
7. Keep you posted regarding updates to the Application, our latest Service announcements, software updates, and upcoming events, changes to our Terms of Use, changes to this Privacy Policy, or changes to other Service-specific policies. This information is important to your interactions with Yogidyllic, and as such, you may not opt out of receiving these types of communications.
8. Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.
9. Assist law enforcement and respond to subpoena.
10. Compile, audit, analyze, monitor, and understand anonymous statistical data, such as usage trends, the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, tracked clicks, certain ad fulfillment metrics, and other market research purposes, using your Device ID, through the help of cookies, pixel tags, and other tracking technology, for use internally or with third parties, that support our efforts to provide, maintain, evaluate, and deliver a more valuable service and improve our user communications and experience, alone or in aggregate.
11. Deliver targeted advertising, newsletters, marketing, promotional materials, and other announcements that may be of interest to you related to our Services, or related to new products, services, mobile applications, and/or recommendations to you, or to offer you opportunities to participate in surveys, contests, or sweepstakes via our Services.
12. Contact you by email, telephone calls, SMS, or the mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation, and in general to solicit support for the Application.
13. Evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
14. Perform other business activities as needed.
Retention of Your Information
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, such as to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our legal agreements and policies.
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes, usually for a relatively shorter period of time, except when such data is utilized to bolster security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are bound by law to retain this data for longer periods of time.
Transfer of Your Information
The data we have of users is processed at, transferred to, and/or maintained on computers in the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located, which could be outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction, where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction. The Company will take all steps necessary to ensure that no transfer of Your Information to an organization or a country will proceed unless there are adequate security controls in place.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information and continued use of this application represent your agreement to that transfer.
Disclosure of Your Information
You agree that we do not claim ownership of any of your contributions on or through the Service or any other social media networks, and you grant us a non-exclusive, fully paid and royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide license, to in any way use your contributions on or through the Service.
We may share information we have collected about you with law enforcement officials, public authorities (e.g., government agencies), private parties, or other entities, under certain circumstances if we believe the release of your information is necessary, required, or permitted; to comply with applicable law, rule, or regulation; to prevent, investigate, or remedy potential wrongdoing in connection with the Service and its policies; to protect the rights, property, and safety of the Company, a third party, or others; for fraud protection and credit risk reduction; to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas); to protect the safety of the Users of the Service, the public, or any person; to prevent or stop activity we may consider to or pose a risk of being any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity; and/or to protect against legal liability.
We may collect, use, and disclose your precise location data, such as the real-time geographic location of your device. The data may be uploaded to the Company's server, or it may be stored on your device, and/or it may be uploaded to a third-party Service Provider's server when you opt-in to such Third-Party Mobile Application providers’ location services.
We may share your information with our affiliates, including our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners, or other companies that we control or that are under common control with us, and whom we require to honor this Privacy Policy.
By using our Service, you understand and agree that we are may provide a platform for you to create content, including photos, comments, and other materials, to the Service and to share such publicly. If and when you interact with other users of the Service, such as when sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking posts, following blogs, posting comments, or contributions, or other content, those users may see your information, including but not limited to your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, and when shared in a public space with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside the application in perpetuity.
Should you choose to tell a friend about our Services, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address and will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to use a portion of our Services. Despite removal of information that you have created on the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or by other Users they have copied or saved such information.
As a user with an account, you may link your Yogidyllic account information with certain Third-Party Social Networking Services where other Yogidyllic Users have existing accounts. In such instances, with your consent and on your behalf, we will share with such social networking services information including but not limited to your name, username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, well as other information that you choose to make public, and public data for contacts, and may also include the contact information, such as the name and email address, of anyone you invite to use and/or join the Application, and vice versa. Through the use of such services’ application programming interfaces (APIs), we may receive certain information about you in accordance with the privacy settings you have set in your such accounts, if any. You may choose to grant or deny us access to each individual permission.
Apart from the information shared with the third-party SNS brought forth by the linking of accounts, any personal information a third-party SNS has about you may be obtained by such SNS that is independent of our Services. Third-party SNS follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other services you use.
You may send pre-formatted messages from your personal email account connected to your mobile device and to the email addresses you choose to, for example, challenge your friends to beat their high score if this functionality is available on the Service. We may store the email address of the friend that you choose to email via our Services, but only for social purposes, such as generating friend recommendations.
We may disclose your Personal Information and Non-Identifying Information to providers, vendors or other third-party entities, when we engage with or employ them to provide some of our Services, to improve our Services’ features, for user account authentication, promotion and marketing, administration, data analytics, virtual currency transactions, crowd-sourcing, cloud storage, payment processing, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and other related services, on our behalf. Such entities are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose, except to collect, store, use, process, and transfer information about your activity on our Service in accordance with their Privacy Policies.
We may partner with carefully chosen third-party vendors, such as Google Analytics, to allow tracking technologies and remarketing services on the Application through the use of cookies to analyze and track usage of the Application, to determine the popularity of certain content, services usability, and demographic profiling, and better understand online or application activity, among other things. Please be advised that getting a new device, installing, or upgrading a browser, or erasing, or otherwise altering cookies, may also clear select opt-out cookies, plug-ins, or settings. Unless you specifically opt-in to share your Personal Information, the information that we share with these third parties will only be used in the form of Non-Identifying Information.
In the event of a user inquiry concerning Third Party Publishers or Third-Party Applications, we may send your information as well as the inquiry to a third-party entity to address the inquiry, pursuant to an agreement that the third-party entity is under obligation not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. You may contact us to request not to have such information provided to third party entities. However, please be advised that it may affect your ability to use or access portions of or all parts of the Service.
If the Company is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of a portion or all our assets, bankruptcy, or if we go out of business, your information would be an asset that will be transferred to, shared with, or acquired by the successor entity. We will provide notice before your data is transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the successor company may decline to honor commitments we made in this Privacy Policy and your data may become subject to a different Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
With your consent, or with an opportunity for you to withdraw consent, we may share your information, such as your username, email address and device ID, with select third party service providers for those parties and their software to assist us with providing you with the aspect of the Services, certain products, services, or promotions, managing other interactive marketing initiatives, and for other marketing purposes, to further enhance your use of our Service and to augment your experience generally as permitted by law.
Our Services may include offers, promotions, information, and marketing materials about Third Party Mobile Applications and other Services, from third party advertisers, or the ability and opportunity to engage in transactions and other communications with such entities. The Application may display a third-party-hosted “offer wall” based on certain information, such as your geographic area or demographic information, and may allow third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in exchange for acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. If a Yogidyllic User chooses to participate in offer-linked information requests or "clicks on" an advertisement or another third-party link, such User will leave the Application may be directed to that third party’s service and/or be prompted to provide Personal Information, including your unique identifier, related to such activity.
These companies and their software may use information about your visits to the Application and other sites, contained in cookies and other tracking technology in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you, and to help manage and improve your online experience with our Service.
We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you share personal or sensitive data, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. By accessing the Application, you consent to the collection and use of your information by these third-party vendors. You are encouraged to review their privacy policy and contact them directly for responses to your questions.
Security of Your Information
We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information. The security of Your Data is important to Us. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect and secure your personal information from identity theft and unauthorized access, and in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please remember, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, or other security measures are perfect, impenetrable, or 100% secure and reliable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception, or other types of misuse. Any information disclosed is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security.
We do not and will not, at any time, ask for your credit card information, your account ID, login password, or other identification numbers through non-secure or unsolicited communications, such as via e-mail, telephone, or mobile device.
We will make any legally required disclosures to you of any breach of the integrity, confidentiality, or security, of your unencrypted electronically-stored “personal data", either via email or conspicuous posting on the Sites, as soon as reasonable, to the extent consistent with the legitimate requirements of the law, and using any measures needed to determine the scope of the breach and reasonably restore the integrity of the data system.
Policy for Children
Our application is not intended for, and we do not knowingly solicit or collect information from, or market to, or address, children under the age of 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, or if you, in general, are aware of any data that we have collected from any child under the age of 13, please contact us at contact@yogidyllic.com.
In the case that we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information or that we have inadvertently collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 13, we will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our servers our systems and records as soon as possible.
Links to Other Sites and Services
This Service may use "click-through URLs" linked to other sites, services, applications, external online services, or offers or advertisements from third parties, which are not operated, controlled, endorsed, represented by us and/or are affiliated with us, but may be linked to or from the Application. If You click on such a link, you will be directed to that third party's site. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. The fact that we link to a third-party website or service is not an endorsement of or assumption of responsibility for such third party’s content or privacy and security policies or practices or their compliance with the laws. Other websites and services may follow different rules regarding the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage, and safeguarding of the personal information you allow them to have access to. These third-party websites or services may also place their own cookies or other files on your devices.
You may choose to share with our Services data from your Health App, and decide which information is placed into the Health App and you can modify which apps can access your data through your Health App settings. This Privacy Policy covers the treatment of Health App data shared with us through the Apple HealthKit API. We use your Health App Data simply for providing and improving our Services, not for advertising or other use-based data mining purposes, or for sharing third parties without your consent. Once your fitness information is synced with the Health App, we have no control over any uses the Health App may make of your fitness information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, we strongly encourage you to review the Privacy Policy and practices, the services you use, and the terms of the offers in which you participate of these third-party websites you decide to visit, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information.
You agree that Yogidyllic is not responsible for nor liable to you or any third party, for your interaction with and the collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage, and safeguarding of the information you voluntarily choose to provide to such third parties.
Changing or Removing Account Information
As a user of an account, you may at any time review, change, and/or update the information in your account or profile, or terminate your account by logging into your account settings and updating your account, or by contacting us at contact@yogadyllic.com to request that we delete your Personal Information from our database.
Upon your request to terminate your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request to deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases.
However, some information, such as an archived copy of your records, may be retained in our files for reasons such as preventing fraud, troubleshooting problems, enforcing our Terms of Use, using in legitimate business purposes, assisting with any investigations, and/or complying with legal requirements.
You can enable or disable our access or permission to your geolocation information at any time, through your device settings.
If you do not or no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from us, you may opt-out by noting your preferences at the time you register your account with the Application, by logging into your account settings and updating your preferences, or by contacting us at contact@yogadyllic.com, or follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications.
If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails, or other communications from third parties, you are responsible for directly contacting such third parties. Certain specific shared data cannot be retrieved from third party service providers after its disclosure.

Whenever you share information with other users through the communication channels of our Services, you may not expect to able to modify or remove such communications, nor expect us to modify or delete such communications upon your request.
If a friend of yours received an invitation from Yogidyllic per your referral to try the Services, we store this information to measure the effectiveness of our referral program. Such friend may request that the name and email address used in the invitation be removed from Yogidyllic’s records and database by emailing us at contact@yogidyllic.com.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems like Yogidyllic include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting that you can activate to indicate your privacy preference not to have data about your online activities monitored and collected. There is no finalized uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. We do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online, unless a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, at which time we will inform you about that practice in a revised and updated version of this Privacy Policy.
You have the option to accept, disable, remove, or reject cookies by changing the options in your browser to stop accepting cookies, or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the pages you visit. Please be aware, however, that disabling, removing, or rejecting cookies could affect the availability and functionality of part or all portions of the Service.
You may not decline web beacons or pixel tags, but they can be deemed ineffective by you declining all cookies, or modifying your browser’s settings to notify you each time a cookie is tendered, which allows you to accept or decline cookies on a case-to-case basis.
If you wish to change our access or permissions, and/or opt-out from receiving push notifications, you may do so in your device’s settings.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy for any reason at any time. Please be advised to visit and review this page periodically to stay informed as to any Privacy Policy changes and updates.
Every time we modify this Privacy Policy in a material way, we will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy in our Services and on the Sites with the latest "Last Updated Date" at the top of the Privacy Policy page prior to the change becoming effective. Privacy Policy changes are effective immediately once they are posted.
You will be deemed to have been made aware of, have accepted, and have agreed to be subject to and bound by the revised Privacy Policy by your continued access or use of the Application after the date of notification of modification to the Privacy Policy and such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
